The daughter of double killer Levi Bellfield has told Sky News she is "convinced" he murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler.

Bobbie-Louise Wilkinson said she is prepared to give evidence against him, even though she has previously refused to testify.

Bellfield is already in prison for murdering two women, 22-year-old Amelie Delagrange and Marsha McDonnell, aged 19, and the attempted murder of another woman.

But he is also the prime suspect in the abduction and murder of 13-year-old Milly.

Ms Wilkinson said: "I think he did know her and I do believe that he killed Milly Dowler. Yes, I'm convinced. Everyone has their own opinion and things and I just think he did."

Asked by Sky's Jason Farrell how she felt about that, she replied: "It makes me sick. She wasn't much older than me, it makes me sick."

Ms Wilkinson, 18, has never spoken out about her father's behaviour during the time Milly disappeared.

But she has told Sky News she was suspicious about a time he took her back to his girlfriend's flat near to where Milly was last seen.

Ms Wilkinson said: "He went straight into the bedroom, the main bedroom which was his bedroom.

"He was in there for a few minutes and then I went to walk in... to see when we was going and he just slammed the door shut and snapped at me - 'wait two minutes, we're going in two minutes'.

"He didn't want me to come in the bedroom. He was definitely hiding something in that bedroom. I don't know what it is but he was definitely hiding something."

Ms Wilkinson thinks she has now "got the courage" to go to court to give evidence against her father and wants Milly's family to "get justice".

Milly vanished on her way back from school in Surrey seven years ago.

She was last seen leaving Walton-on Thames station at 4.08pm on March 21, 2002, as she headed home. Bellfield was living 70 yards away at his girlfriend's flat just off Milly's route home.

A red Daewoo car, which he has now reportedly admitted driving, was caught on CCTV at around 4.30pm pulling onto Station Avenue.

Milly's body was discovered six months later in Yaxley Heath where it has emerged Bellfield used to hunt for hares.
